This pendant necklace features a Petrified Wood teardrop with a wire wrapped raw copper bail in my messy wrap style. The copper has been oxidized and hand sanded for an aged patina. The necklace is a 20" distressed leather cord and is finished with an antique copper lobster clasp.  

Fossil Wood or Petrified Wood is the result of a tree turning into stone through the process of permineralization.

DIMENSIONS:

Pendant Height: 1 1/2" ( 38mm) from the top of the bail to the bottom of the stone

Stone: 28 x 15 x 4mm
